Reusely Privacy Notice

1. Intro

This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) is intended for all persons visiting the Platform who reside in the European Economic Community (EEC)  (“consumers” or “you”) and is written in conjunction with our Privacy Policy any capitalized terms that are not defined within this Notice can be found within our Privacy Policy. This Notice may be subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other laws (collectively “Privacy Laws”) as applicable. Any terms defined in the Privacy Policy will have the same meaning when used in this Notice. Depending on your jurisdiction or residency this Notice may apply to you. Please be aware that all Privacy Laws may not be applicable to you and where Reusely is not subject to a specific Privacy Law or any Privacy Law threshold requirements are not met, Reusely reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Notice as required.

2. Rights Under GDPR

The GDPR provides for the following rights for any EEC residents or citizens, the:

• Right to be informed 
• Right to access 
• Right to rectification 
• Right to be forgotten/Right to erasure 
• Right to data portability
• Right to restrict processing 
• Right to withdraw consent 
• Right to object 
• Right to object to automated processing

3. Information We Collect

We currently collect Personal Information as described within our Privacy Policy, we do not collect any “special categories” of information as defined under the GDPR.

4. Legitimate Purposes for Collecting Your Personal Information

We collect Personal Information pursuant to our Privacy Policy. The following are the specific legitimate purposes that we may use your Personal Information for:

• Contract Administration – We may use your Personal Information to (1) negotiate, execute, renew and/or manage a contract with you; and/or (2) communicate with you in respect of the above (including sending notifications).
• Access and Communications to Our Platform - We may use your Personal Information to (1) set-up and manage your Reusely account; (2) interact with you through our Platform (e.g. updates, Platform announcements, etc.): (3) share with other users of the Platform in order to provide services requested by you; and/or (4) manage and respond to your questions or comments (e.g. technical, commercial or administrative) or requests for maintenance and support.
• Use of the Platform – We may use your Personal Information to (1) enable you to use of, and easily navigate the Platform; and/or (2) better understand your needs and interests.
• Sharing with Third Parties – We may use your Personal Information to share with our partner companies that we share information with, including but not limited to: Amazon and Stripe, and other third party providers selected by you to share information with.
• Training and Improvements – We may use your Personal Information to (1) train our employees or contractors to allow for a better Platform experience; and/or (2) improve the Platform.
• Direct Marketing – We may use your Personal Information to contact you for additional products and services that you may be interested in.

Please be aware that for all legitimate purposes where we use your Personal Information we will attempt to process such information with minimal amounts of additional processing. Aside from the purposes listed, we may share your information where investigations or a legal dispute has occurred in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

5. Retention of Personal Information

Reusely will only retain your Personal Information for as long as required. We will keep your Personal Information:

• For any legally required duration.
• Until we no longer have a valid reason to keep or use your Personal Information.
• Upon your request to eliminate, delete, or modify any of your Personal Information stored with us.

Where you have requested modification or deletion of your Personal Information, we may keep just enough of your Personal Information to ensure that we comply with your requests not to use your personal information or comply with your right to erasure. If you require additional details regarding the retention of your Personal Information please contact us. Additionally, where required for legal purposes, we may keep some of your information even after a receipt of a request to delete your information. 

6. Sharing of Data with Third Parties

Aside from the uses listed within this Privacy Notice, Reusely does not share any of your Personal Information with any third parties aside from third parties that are hired by us to assist us in processing your data (Data Processors) and our third party partners.  All Data Processors have entered into binding agreements with us.

7. How We Collect Your Personal Information

The Platform may collect your personal information in the following ways:  (1) directly from your submission of such Personal Information; (2) directly from another user; and/or (3) indirectly from your use of the Platform or observing your actions or interactions with other users.

8. Use of Personal Information

We may use or disclose the Personal Information we collect for one or more of the following business purposes:

• To fulfill or meet the reason you provided the Personal Information to us and to provide you with the full functionality and access to the Platform as disclosed within the Reusely Privacy Policy.
• To share with other users of the Reusely Platform.
• To share with our marketing partners.
• To share with third parties to understand how you use our Platform.
  

We will not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use the Personal Information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.

9. Sharing Personal Information

Reusely never sell your Personal Information to any third parties. However, we may disclose your Personal Information to a third party for business purposes, as required, so that we may provide you with access to the Platform, allow you to interact with the Platform, process payments or buybacks, and to understand how you use our Platform. We have entered into agreements with third parties that we disclose your Personal Information to.

You may opt out of such data collection practices by reviewing their privacy policies and following their opt out instructions.

10. Exercising Your Rights

Requests

Under the Privacy Laws, where applicable, you may request that we disclose to you the Personal Information and the types of Personal Information that we have collected from you. Your Personal Information request may include the following:

• The specific personal information we have collected from you and a portable copy of such information.
• The categories of personal information and the source of such personal information we have collected.
• Our business purpose for collecting any personal information from you.
• The third parties with whom we share that personal information and the personal information disclosed to such third parties for a business purpose.
• Please remember that we never sell any of your personal information and never share any information with third parties except for the business purposes outlined within this Notice.
• Or request pursuant to your other rights under GDPR.

Please submit a verifiable request to us by sending us a message via our Platform or at help@reusely.com with the message “Privacy Law Request” (“Request”) as the subject. The Request may be subject to duration and age limitations. The Request should include the following:

• Provide enough detail so that we may verify you are the actual person making the Request for any personal information or deletion of personal information requested.
• Provide enough detail within the Request and in accordance with the guidelines above so that we can properly verify, evaluate, and respond to your Request.

We do not charge any fees for such Requests unless permitted by any Relevant Privacy Law and we will notify you first before we charge you any fees related to such a Request. 

Cookies

It is possible that you may opt-out using your preferences if you enact the Global Privacy Control https://globalprivacycontrol.org/ (GPC) opt-out signal on your browser. Our cookies are subject to our Cookie Policy.

11. Verifying and Responding to a Personal Information Request

Upon receipt of your Request we will attempt to verify that you are actually the person making the Request. Upon verification we will respond to your Request in a timely manner and in any event such Request response time will not exceed ninety (90) days and will be sent in an electronic format (unless requested otherwise).

12. Appeals

Under certain Privacy Laws, if we decline to take action regarding your Request, you may appeal our decision by emailing us at help@reusely.com. We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions where required.

13. Storing Information and Information Transfers

Personal Information collected may be held by us, third-party agencies, service providers, agents, and Data Processors. To make the Platform available, some of these third parties may be based outside the EEC. Please be aware that some non-EEC countries do not have the same data protection laws as the United Kingdom and EEC. We will, however, have agreements in place with our vendors wherever a transfer outside the EEC occurs to ensure that your Personal Information remains secure. 

14. Updates to the Notice

We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and will update the date listed above. You must accept this Notice after each update or you may not continue using our Platform.
